This policy applies to all mobile games published by Mira Indie Games, including Holdfast: Defend the Grove. We keep data collection minimal — our games are offline and do not require an account.

What we collect

We do not directly collect personal data. Our games show ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
Approximate location (derived from IP address)
Device model, OS version, and language
Ad interaction data (whether an ad was viewed or tapped)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices for full details.

How it is used

Ad data is used to show you relevant advertisements, including rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses when you choose to watch them. We receive aggregated revenue reports — we never see individual user data.

Managing or withdrawing your consent (EU / EEA users)

  To manage or withdraw your ad consent at any time: open the game and tap "Ad Preferences" at the bottom of the main screen. This will re-open the consent form where you can change or revoke your choices.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You may also:

Opt out of interest-based ads on iOS via Settings → Privacy → Tracking
Opt out on Android via Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID

We honour all rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal data. Because we do not store personal data ourselves, requests relating to ad data should be directed to Google.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has been exposed to advertising contrary to these rules, contact us and we will investigate.
